Parent have a duty to forster dscipline to thier children. The Government should as well deregulate laws binding the parents to teach good behaviours to thier kids. I do not have a problem with spaking myself but at what age should stop. As a father of five child three girl and boys ,the first born 16 yr ,could spanking still go on here, same as to the last b
