Th Independence of learning from context and intention





The cognitive theoriest posits that cognitive core of knowledge and skill exist in the mind of the invividual indepent of context and intention. According these theory learning seem to be something that can be acquired coupled with concepts andf skills that can be learned independentfrom any influence. The sociocultural theorist argues that this presents static view of learning and fail to account for positionality influence the learning experience. The transcultural factors like in South Africa today with myriad influx issues ie Zimbabwe learning
How can the use of computers and web baase learning and design foster such integration to accomodate those myriad cultural communities.
